DHA Karachi, one of Pakistan’s leading real estate developers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the office of Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum, a member of the Dubai Royal Family, to build luxury villas overlooking the newly built Nick Faldo Golf Course in DHA City Karachi. The project will be completed by AMWAJ Developers from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which has experience in completing various international commercial and infrastructure projects globally.

The MOU outlines the commitment of providing state of the art ultra-high-end ultra-luxury villas as per the highest international standards. The project will be developed in collaboration with DHA City Karachi, ensuring that the development is done as per the highest international standards on the world-renowned Nick Faldo Golf Course.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum, General Babar Iftikhar, Corps Commander 5 Core, President DHA, and former DG ISPR, and business partner Mr. Fakhr-e-Alam. This partnership will pave the way for further strengthening the existing bilateral relationship between the UAE and Pakistan, drive economic growth, create more jobs, and boost the real estate sector, especially in DHA City Karachi.

In addition to this luxury housing project, Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office is also developing other projects in Pakistan, such as developing state-of-the-art high-end luxury apartments in partnership with DHA Lahore and working closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to develop first-of-a-kind plasma products in Pakistan. This strategic partnership between DHA City Karachi and the Dubai Royal Family member will undoubtedly bring foreign direct investment and further cement ties between the two countries.
